Leszek Ossowski
A graduate of Warsaw University Faculty of Geography (Department of the Latin American Institute for Developing Countries). From the beginning of his career he was associated with the education in a wider meaning. After the graduation he worked for two years for “Gazeta Wyborcza” and the Center for Civic Education as part of the “Szkola z klasa programme”. After moving to Tri- City he was employed in Sopot College and at the Autonomous School of Sopot then in Gdańsk Autonomous Schools as a principal of the Gdansk Autonomous High School. In the years 2010-2013 he was the principal of the Warsaw Montessori School, then Director Cecilia Plater-Zyberkówna schools. In 2011-2013, he collaborated with the Institute for Educational Research as an expert among naturalists. Mr Ossowski is a member of the National Association of Executives of Education – OSKKO, KIK – (Club of Catholic Intellectuals), Wspolnota Polska Community. An expert in the field of education in international programmes of the European Territorial Cooperation. Privately husband of Dorota, dad Tosia, Anna and Franek.
Elżbieta Rakoczy
Elżbieta Rakoczy
For more than 13 years leading or co-educational. She graduated from the University of Maria Curie – Sklodowska University in Lublin at the faculty of humanities, history and the Higher School of Humanities in Pultusk in Polish at the faculty of polish philology. In the field of management, Elżbieta is a graduate of the Academy of Leadership Education founded by the Foundation Humanites in cooperation with the Academy of Leadership Psychology. At the beginning of the career she worked in rural schools teaching history and Polish language group multilevel groups in combined classes . After moving to Warsaw, she was a Polish language teacher in elementary school, then deputy director and director of a public school. Since 2008 he has served as deputy director of the Secondary School of Social Educational Society while teaching history and leading the class, as an class teacher. Since 2002 she has been a devoted member of the National Association of Executives of Education (OSKKO), also has been collaborating with the Educational and Social Society since 2008. She is an Author of the monthly Non-public educational magazine. In life, she is trying to focus on action-oriented dialogue and understanding. She is a firm believer of the principles based on the seven habits of effective action.

Iwona Grelka
Iwona Grelka
She has over 15 years of experience in the management of educational institutions.
She graduated from the Faculty of Education, University of Warsaw, Postgraduate Studies in Education Management and Postgraduate Course in Mediation, Negotiation and alternative dispute resolution at the Faculty of Law and Administration at Warsaw University. The mediator in family matters, civil, commercial and criminal matters. She is enlisted as a Permanent Mediator of the District Court in Warsaw. She is a co-founder of the Association of Chartered Mediators – Mediacio. She works with district courts and the Commercial Court. Iwona Grelka is an active member of a National Association of Executives of Education – OSKKO.
Her hobby is photography and outdoor trips, cycling and skiing.

Michał Breś
In marketing for 15 years. He successfully managed the products of L’Oreal cream. Then, for seven years he was responsible for brand Netia and its communication on the market of the Individual Clients. Author or co-author of the greatest successes of brand communication – advertising campaigns with Tomasz Kot, unique visual identity based on the colored dots, or the design of the equipment.
For 1.5 years he has been a Co- host of an advertising agency – Zgoda Projekt, dealing with strategy and creating visual identification of brands.
He is an author of the branding for many brands.
Privately husband of Monika and dad of 9-year-old Zosia and 6-year-old Julek.
Katarzyna Cupryś
Katarzyna Cupryś
A graduate of the Warsaw University of Life Sciences. She completed postgraduate studies in strategic management and project management.
Associated with the pre-accession funds from the beginning of their existence (SAPRAD, PHARE). Continuously since 2004 she has worked with entrepreneurs seeking to raise funds from the EU and public funds. She has more than 200 applications submitted, and the value of projects that have been funded exceeds 80 million PLN. She has coordinated EU projects with a total value of over 50 million PLN. Since 2010, she is leading a professional advisory and consulting. She is engaged in a comprehensive process support companies from concept, through raising funds for the execution, settlement and closing of the project. Since 2009 she is an expert evaluation applications for funding projects, and since 2014 an expert in the European Commission in the Horizon 2020 programme. She currently manages projects i within the ERASMUS + and the ESF. She is a business coach.Privately a happy mother of 14-year-old daughter and 6-year-old son. Her hobby and passion in life is a Korean martial art of Taekwon-do.

The Graduate of School of Economics in Warsaw (specialization – finance and banking). Entrepreneur and investor who specializes in creating and developing new projects. He is known for his unique feel for the potential of start-ups. He has a very rich experience in risk analysis projects, process optimization and cost effective solutions as well as of potential possibilities for financing projects. He is involved in many industries: medicine (KARDIOSYSTEM), audiovisual production (OKO I UCHO), accounting and tax advice (FINNOWACJA), renovation of monuments (Heritage Foundation). He Efficiently works with public, private and individual persons.
He loves basketball. He is a player of AXIALUS who competes in basketball Business League. Privately husband of Hania and dad of Szymon.
